Our Staff

We believe our success comes from a happy staff team, working together to offer a high standard of care to each individual child. With a wealth of qualifications and experience our staff team all have one thing in common – a love of children, the essential ingredient for any high quality nursery.

Staff Training

All our staff have up to date training in first aid and food hygiene. Our ethos encourages staff to continue their development within the work place by offering a wide range of training. We have staff undertaking Foundation degrees, NVQ level 2 & 3’s, equality training and play work. A learning workforce not only offers individual satisfaction but is vital to our continuous improvement programme at the nursery and keeps us abreast of change!
